Customer Service Agent

How can we bring modern messaging to the next billion users? By doing something nobody else can -- making a hybrid of telecom and app messaging. We are a small company on a big quest: bringing messaging to the next billion! We already have millions of users in Asia and a live prototype in Sweden. Now we need you: someone who can be the voice of our customers and help us build a messaging app that users love to use.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the link between our customers and our product developers. You will answer customer care questions and concerns while on the same time gather information for our product teams so that they can make the product better and more intuitive. We want you to keep up to date with our product and suggest improvement based on the user feedback you get.

This is a part time position and you’ll be working approximately 90 minutes a day. In the beginning, we want you to work from our office so that you get to know the team. After you’ve learned a bit more, you’re free to work from a distance.

Who are you?

  • You’re fluent in Swedish and English and have a good sense of written language
  • You have a friendly and personal approach in writing and you enjoy helping people.
  • You are able to understand problems, to probe for more information and describe them to others.
  • You’re not afraid to call a user to get more information
  • You can work independently, plan your own work and communicate if your plans fall through.
  • You’re interested in building good, intuitive products and care about user friendliness.
  • You can come up with product improvements based on people’s complains and questions.
  • You want a flexible extra job that fit together with your studies or other activities.
